Abby and Jeremy shared personal vows and celebrated their marriage surrounded in family & friends on June 17, 2023 at The Tabernacle in Kenosha. It was truly a day to remember - not just for the happy couple but for all who were fortunate enough to witness their beginning to forever!

Before their ceremony began, Abby & Jeremy chose to share a first touch which was so special. It was such a tender moment they got to share with each other. They talked, laughed & prayed. To top it off, Jeremy gave Abby a kiss on her hand before they parted ways.

Their ceremony was performed by pastor Joshua Gutteridge and he put so much heart and passion into his delivery. Abby & Jeremy chose to braid the cord of 3 strands during their ceremony which is a tradition that some Christian couples like to take part in. The strands represent the husband, the wife, & God. It's a visual reminder of the verse in Ecclesiastes: “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken".

What made their ceremony even more special was the private sharing of their vows. It was the first time I had watched this unfold and I absolutely loved it. While a worship song played throughout the sanctuary, Abby & Jeremy stood close to each other as they shared their personal vows from their hearts. Their guests could watch them but could not hear them as the sounds of the worship song washed over their voices that only each other could hear It was really a beautiful moment to witness!
