I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole & Irving in October 2021 in Libertyville for their engagement session. We instantly clicked and before I even snapped my first photo of them, Nicole had already told me that she wanted me to photograph their wedding. As a newer photographer, my jaw literally dropped. We had so much fun that evening and their love was absolutely evident.. not just in person, but in their engagement photos too.

Nicole planned every teeny tiny detail of her in home wedding. I mean... when I arrived, she was decorating her own wedding cake!! Which other bride do you know is assembling her geode wedding cake just a few hours before walking down the aisle? Her vision came to life and it was absolutely breathtaking. The decor was elegant and rustic, the BBQ dinner was to die for, & the trailer bar was serving the prettiest and tastiest drinks. I could go on and on about the details. The love that these two families have for each other found me wiping away tears multiple time. Such genuine tender love.

Being present during their big day was my pleasure and joy. I hope the emotions come through in this blog post.
